👉 Yes. We provide hands-on training, online resources, and ongoing support to ensure adoption. Training is also part of our implementation roadmap.

 

24. What kind of customer support do you offer (24/7, dedicated manager, etc.)?
👉 This will depend on the level of SLA arrangement with options for a dedicated account manager depending on your plan.

 

25. What is the pricing model (subscription, per user, per warehouse, transaction-based)?
👉 Our pricing is flexible. It can be based on number of users, transactions, or number of warehouses—so you only pay for what you need.

10. Do you offer white-labeling so we can brand the client portal with our logo?
👉 We don’t as a general policy, however this is something we can explore.
