We are the creators of AWARE, a robust logistics and WMS platform that has been transforming operations since its launch in 2005.

📘 Our Journey

🚀 2005 – The Beginning

Our story began in 2005 with the launch of AWARE — a specialized logistics application built to digitize and streamline warehouse operations for freight forwarders and bonded storage providers in Dubai. Designed by domain experts, AWARE quickly gained traction for its flexibility and business-specific customizations.

🏗️ 2010–2012 – Formation & Expansion

To support growing demand, Exactus Systems DMCC was formally incorporated under the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC). In 2012, we established our Indian technology arm, Exactu India followed by Exaware Solutions Pvt Ltd, in Kochi, Kerala — strengthening our capabilities in product development, testing, and implementation support.

🔧 2013–2018 – Product Evolution

Over the next few years, AWARE matured into a comprehensive 3PL and warehouse management platform, featuring:

Barcode integration
Multi-client warehouse operations
Advanced billing and inventory tracking for 3PL business
ERP system integrations (Scala, Oracle, SAP, MS Ax)

We served a wide spectrum of logistics domains — from cold storage and FMCG to auto parts, pharma, and e-commerce fulfillment.

🌐 2019–2021 – Technology Modernization

We expanded to across GCC, deployed cloud-hosted versions of AWARE, introduced REST APIs, and launched a mobile app. Our client support framework evolved into a structured SLA-based model, ensuring robust post-implementation engagement.

🤖 2022–2024 – Innovation & Intelligence

Exactus launched:

AWARE AI for predictive logistics analytics
AWARE Lite for growing 3PL startups
Zoho Analytics BI integration for dashboard reporting
We trained and mentored over 250+ graduates, reinforcing our commitment to workforce development in logistics technology.
